Key Features

The Gazelle server product suite consists of the following modules.

 

Neo™.  The Neo module provides entry point services for content acquisition.  It is the key component that creates convergence within the application. Neo boasts features such as built in PBX for handling analog and IP voice as well as email, web services and paper bound document input. Neo uses and advanced content transformation rule engine to convert various types of inbound content as they are processed. A user can route messages and phone calls to other devices so that they are reachable when unavailable at other contact devices running under Neo.

 

Breeze™.  Breeze is a best of breed CMS interface with form creation, editing and management. Breeze allows the creation of forms and pages to facilitate business process using the underlying content within the system.  Breeze is integrated with Waves for version control and digital asset management.

 

Waves™.  Waves is a version control system with digital asset management capabilities that allow content to be checked in/out and signed. Waves provides facilities for signing digital content per user, group or application.

 

Dynamo™.  Dynamo is an integrated system for creating, managing and deploying application portals. Forms and applications that are created using breeze can be deployed using the dynamo tool. Total flexibility is given regarding the target location of the application portal. Using rules, security is managed for users and groups for all aspects of the target portal created. Dynamo works tightly with Waves using its interface to extract forms and pages to be deployed.

 

TeamCenter™.  TeamCenter is a collaboration and BPM engine with rule execution. Team center provides instant messaging, video conferencing, a whiteboard, task scheduling, and process validation.

 

Barricade™.  Barricade is a sophisticated security system providing multilevel firewall protection, authentication, email and spam filtering and environment monitoring.

 

Eqius™.   Eqius is a best of breed XRM implementation which is integrated with Neo to provide contact recognition and automatic contact context loading.
